Bending machines series 65 – power technology, forming accuracy
The Primetec profile bending machines series 65 are designed for working with large cross-sections of materials – both steel and aluminum. The 65 model is equipped with a shaft drive powered by low-speed hydraulic motors, allowing for high torque generation while maintaining a compact machine design.
The bending process is performed in the traditional manner – by moving the material between the rollers and pressing the upper forming roller, whose position determines the bend radius. A key design feature is the mechanical adjustment of the lower roller spacing between 340 and 580 mm, which enables work with a wide range of profiles and makes the Model 65 an exceptionally versatile solution for industry.

Similar to the PrimeARC system, BaseARC allows for the playback of a recorded sequence of movements from both axes, enabling precise and repeatable forming of complex shapes. This minimizes operator involvement and significantly increases production efficiency.
