The Primetec profile bending machines series 50 three-roller benders are designed for forming pipes, closed and open profiles, rods, and flat bars into a variety of shapes, including curves and straight sections. Forming is achieved by moving the material between rollers while simultaneously applying pressure to the upper forming roller, the position of which determines the radius of bend. Depending on the controller used, the machine can operate in either automatic or manual mode, depending on the selected control system.
