Profile bending machines 

We design and build precise profile bending machines with three types of control – advanced CNC system (PrimeARC series), basic CNC (BaseARC series) and essential HMI controller (ARC series). In terms of machine design, mechanical parts and hydraulic components, we rely on local and domestic suppliers, while control and automation elements are provided by global industry leaders. Thanks to this, we can present a machine Made in Poland with the features and capabilities of the world’s best manufacturers. 

The range of profile bending machines of our production includes models: 

• Bending machines series 40 with lower forming rollers and a shaft diameter of 40mm. 
  
• Bending machines series 50 with an upper pressure roller and a shaft diameter of 50mm,
  
• Bending machines series 65 (with two lower forming and spacing rollers and a shaft diameter of 65mm. 

We are successively expanding the range of bending machines. We are currently designing a new series with 35mm shaft diameters (Bending machines series 35). These machines will be designed for smaller pipe and profile cross-sections than those previously offered. At the same time, the Bending machines series 35 will be available with three previously available control systems.
