Radius gauges are devices designed for direct reading of the measured radius. Based on the deflection of the dial gauge needle, the result (radius) is calculated in real time and displayed on a digital display. Radius gauges can be used to measure bent sheet metal, pipes, and profiles. They serve as quality control tools and facilitate the daily work of metal forming machine operators.
The modular design of the sensors allows for the use of up to three different measuring bridges, expanding the measurement range and functionality of the devices. The radius gauges are supplied in a damage-resistant aluminum case.
The radius gauges we offer are included with Primetec profile bending machines. They are also available separately upon request.
