TUBE 2026 – A Conversation about success, technology and the future of CNC bending
This year’s Tube 2026 trade fair demonstrated that in the world of CNC bending, precision alone is no longer enough; automation and relationships have become paramount. For Primetec, this edition was exceptional in terms of lead quality and new projects, though it also brought unexpected situations involving the competition—which ultimately served as an unintended compliment to Polish technology.
We discuss the success of operator-friendly solutions, the wide spectrum of industries served, and the future of the brand with Marek Glet (CEO) and Marcin Jurasz (COO).
Tube 2026 is now behind us. How would you summarize this exhibition?
Marek Glet, CEO:
Tube 2026 was definitely one of the most successful exhibitions in our company’s history. We noticed significantly higher visitor engagement compared to previous editions, but more importantly — the quality of conversations was exceptional. We met many companies that came to our stand with real production challenges and concrete investment plans.
Marcin Jurasz, COO:
Exactly. What was especially valuable for us was the diversity of industries represented. We spoke with customers from door and window joinery, polytunnel industry, furniture manufacturing, agriculture, fitness equipment production, industrial steel structures, and many other sectors. It clearly showed us how universal and flexible modern CNC bending technologies have become.
What solutions attracted the greatest attention during the exhibition?
Marcin Jurasz, COO:
Visitors were highly interested in automation and ease of operation. Many companies today struggle with operator availability and increasing production costs, so they are looking for solutions that allow quick implementation and intuitive machine control.
Our CNC control system received a lot of positive feedback because operators can learn the machine very quickly and start production in a short time. Customers appreciate practical solutions that simplify daily work on the shop floor.
Did the exhibition meet your business expectations?
Marek Glet, CEO:
Absolutely. For us, Tube is not only about presenting machines. It is primarily about building long-term partnerships. This year we had many very promising meetings that are already turning into active projects and planned installations.
Marcin Jurasz, COO:
What makes us particularly proud is that several customers visited our stand after hearing recommendations from existing users of our machines. This confirms that long-term reliability, support, and communication are becoming just as important as the machine itself.
What are customers expecting today from machine suppliers?
Marcin Jurasz, COO:
Customers no longer look only at technical specifications. Of course performance matters, but today companies expect complete support — fast response times, flexibility, implementation assistance, and confidence that the supplier understands real production challenges.
Marek Glet, CEO:
I would say that partnership has become one of the key factors in investment decisions. Technology is important, but trust and long-term cooperation are equally critical.
Did any unexpected situations happen during the exhibition that particularly caught your attention?
Marcin Jurasz, COO:
Yes, there was one situation that was quite surprising. On one hand it was somewhat amusing, but on the other it clearly confirmed the growing recognition of our brand within the industrial machinery sector and especially in the world of CNC profile bending machines.
During the exhibition, one of the well-established Italian machine manufacturers — a company with more than 35 years of experience and tradition in the industry — apparently decided to conduct what could be described as classic industrial intelligence. A person who initially presented himself as a potential customer interested in our solutions later turned out to be an employee of that company. Such behavior leaves a certain unpleasant impression, especially during an event that should primarily be about innovation, cooperation, and fair competition.
Marek Glet, CEO:
At the same time, we also see this as confirmation that Primetec’s vision, development direction, and technological approach are becoming increasingly visible within the market. If recognized industry players begin paying such close attention to our solutions, it means that what we are building is genuinely influencing the CNC bending machine sector.
For us, the most important thing is to continue focusing on innovation, practical engineering solutions, and long-term partnerships with customers. Healthy competition drives development — and we believe the market ultimately verifies quality, reliability, and real value delivered to customers.
What comes next for Primetec after Tube 2026?
Marek Glet, CEO:
Tube 2026 gave us enormous energy and motivation for further development. We are currently working on several new projects and upcoming installations across different industries and countries.
Marcin Jurasz, COO:
The exhibition also confirmed that we are moving in the right direction regarding machine development and automation. We will continue focusing on practical innovation, user-friendly CNC systems, and solutions that help customers improve production efficiency in real industrial environments.
Any final words after the exhibition?
Marek Glet, CEO:
We would like to sincerely thank everyone who visited our stand and shared their time with us during the exhibition.
Marcin Jurasz, COO:
Every conversation, idea, and new connection during Tube 2026 was extremely valuable for us. We truly appreciate the trust shown in Primetec and we are excited for the projects ahead. See you at the next exhibition!
